Meet Brayan, a passionate coffee producer from Acevedo, a thriving municipality nestled in the picturesque region of Huila, Colombia. Specifically located in the enchanting San Adolfo, a rural coffee-growing area known for its abundant coffee production, Brayan carries the legacy imparted by his father. From a tender age of 13, his father instilled in him the virtues and profound knowledge that the land bestows upon them, paving the way for a future in coffee. This early immersion into the world of coffee sparked Brayan’s passion, shaping his aspirations for adulthood. In an incredible endeavor this year, he spearheaded a project that united over 60 coffee growers, including his own family. Together, they embarked on a mission to collect and sell their coffee cherries at a fairer price, a daunting task that required them to traverse the entire municipality. Ultimately, partnering with Forest and the Ancla processing station, they meticulously process the beans using fruit fermentation techniques, resulting in remarkable and distinctive flavor profiles. Brayan’s dedication and commitment shine through, as he and his fellow coffee growers continue to enrich the coffee community with their extraordinary creations.

Meet Wilder Lasso, a passionate newcomer to the world of coffee. In 2017, he found himself immersed in the enchanting world of coffee production when he joined his father at El Diviso Farm, nestled amidst the breathtaking mountains of San Adolfo. Driven by both his family’s coffee heritage and his personal love for the bean, Wilder embarked on an extraordinary journey that unfolded in a truly distinctive manner. With a penchant for specialty coffee and armed with his expertise in genetics, Wilder ventured into the realm of varietal experimentation in Tocora. His tireless pursuit of knowledge and unwavering energy led him to curate a remarkable collection of over 12 meticulously selected coffee varieties, sourced from diverse origins around the globe. Wilder’s unconventional approach and unwavering dedication have resulted in a coffee experience that promises to be truly exceptional.
